At Zeducation, we believe that everyone should have access to opportunities for personal and professional growth, regardless of their background or experience. That's why we created the Zems Internship Programme (Z.I.P) - a unique mentorship and work experience programme designed to help individuals who lack the self-belief, skills and knowledge to secure traditional opportunities. 

We offer a transformative internship experience that goes beyond traditional work placements. Our Z.I.P programme provides participants with exclusive mentorship and real-world work experience in their chosen field, as well as access to our extensive network of industry partners. We believe in empowering our interns to take control of their career paths, which is why we offer tailored support and guidance throughout their internship. Our programme also includes opportunities for personal and professional development, including access to training courses and workshops, networking events, and ongoing mentorship after the programme ends.

INTERNSHIP TIMELINES

At Zems Internship programme, we offer internship programs with varying lengths of 3, 6, 9, and 12 months, depending on the department and the project. Our programs are designed to give interns a comprehensive experience in their chosen field, as well as opportunities to collaborate with industry professionals and gain invaluable skills and knowledge.

CAREER FAQs

  • An apprenticeship is a dedicated vocational programme that combines work-based training and study towards an NVQ (National Vocational Qualification) or foundation degree.By contrast, an internship doesn’t result in any formal qualification and is often for a much shorter period of time. And as mentioned previously, not all internships are paid.

  • We encourage you to apply whenever you feel you are a good fit for a position. However, we advise against submitting multiple applications for the same position. It is important to ensure that you take the time to carefully read through the job description and required qualifications to ensure that you are a suitable candidate before applying.

  • We offer a range of programmes that are 3, 6, 9 and 12 months in duration.

  • Demo reels should be no longer than one to three minutes in length.

  • Under the “Upload” section please select the second option to upload any additional documents. If for any reason you forget to do so, then please send your attachment via email with the corresponding subject in the email subject heading.

  • The length and details of the application process vary depending on the specific programme. To learn more about the application process for a particular programme, please refer to the information provided in our application process section.

  • Add the link to your online portfolio/demo reel to your application. If your site is password protected, please ensure that you provide us with the access password on the following page. For specific submission requirements please refer to the specific job posting you are applying to. We encourage and prefer digital copies to be submitted. Should we like to see any additional work, we will contact you to request this.

  • Demo reels should be no longer than one to three minutes in length.
