  • You will receive an email notification from Zems containing a link to the payment platform where you can pay your customs charges by, for example, Ideal of by credit card. Please note; Zems will communicate a 14-digit parcel number in this payment request.

  • We'll notify you of the scheduled delivery day for your parcel. Need to make changes? No problem! You can easily modify the delivery day or destination.

    If the sender hasn't opted for this service, you won't receive a delivery day notification. Unfortunately, pre-delivery changes aren't possible in such cases.

  • Waiting for your parcel? We strive to deliver within the specified time frame and usually succeed! Occasionally, we do face challenges which may result in causing slight delays.
